Grace's Irish Foods

William Bullock doesn’t understand the concept of “retirement”! When most men would be taking time to “smell the roses”, William was founding Grace’s Irish Foods.

A true family business; William’s daughter is the eponymous “Grace”, the company operates out of Bangor, County Down.

Grace’s use traditional biscuit recipes that have passed through generations. Their famous shamrock shaped shortbread and oatmeal biscuits have been recognised for their quality. Grace’s Irish Oatmeal biscuits have recently been awarded a Gold Star in the Great Taste Awards.

William has also launched a new brand of biscuits; “Rory’s”. Rory’s is a sister, or perhaps more accurately, brother (!) brand to Grace’s. Rory’s offers the same commitment to quality at affordable prices. The Rory’s range currently include shortbread, oatmeal biscuits and chocolate chip cookies.
