Melanie Gilfillan’s wheaten bread recipe has been in her family for 30 years. Over the years the recipe has been carefully perfected to produce the perfect loaf of Irish Wheaten.
Luckily, Melanie is a bit of a genius baker and has discovered a unique way to share this recipe with the rest of us with her “bake it yourself” mixes.
Just add water to one of Melanie's “bake it yourself” mixes, pop it back in the oven and enjoy a delicious loaf, just like they serve at the Gilfillan’s table.
